The thieves struck again at the house of the man who lost his saw. They took his daughter's bicycle. There were a lot of fingerprints and the police actually came out and took them. Apparently, some of the inhabitants of the questionable houses were very interested in that development.
The house next to me also reported that someone tried to get into their garage over the weekend. This is the same house where I interrupted an apparent thief coming out of their backyard a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately, neither time have they called the police.
And speaking of the police, I have tried to get crime statistics for the last month without success.
