Neighborhood update
With the exception of the illegal 4-wheeler I have seen and the dogs that continue to run loose, things appear to be pretty quiet.
The mostly homeless guy (son of some people on Fairview who don't let him stay there) was seen hanging around down by the Buy Lo. One of our neighbors told the owners he was bad news. They came out, took his photo and told him to leave. He is often seen in the company of a prostitute and was christened "yellow Jacket" last winter because that is what he wore. Since they have his photo and told him to leave, if he comes back, he can be arrested for trespassing.
The prostitutes, drug dealers and homeless seem to have been rousted from Samuell by the police. [Not however before they stole all the pomegranates off my tree]
There is some concern about drugs from a house on Culver which has been turned over to narcotics.
We are waiting for an update on 3227 Kinmore -- supposed to go to the demolition board this week. There has been activity there.
