"I spoke to an attorney at Linebarger yesterday afternoon. He said that the attorney ad litem for the estate failed to file an answer again. It is likely that the judge will appoint another attorney ad litem. If that occurs, the final resolution will likely be delayed by 6 months. Very disappointing news, I know. "

It simply should not take this long. No wonder there is so much unpaid tax property out there.

Russell has a new Kidney!!!

Hooray. On my morning walk, I ran into Russell who is 2 weeks into his new kidney. Hooray, no more dialysis.

We took a short walk together. He says he is feeling great. Hopes to be able to continue his college classes this fall. Right now, he is supposed to stay away from crowds and other people because of the risk of infection.

—I spoke to an attorney from Linebarger on Friday afternoon. He said that the hearing was postponed—again—because the Attorney ad litem for the Estate didn’t file an answer. Good news, though: the hearing is reschedule for the end of this week, July 17th.

3239 Reynolds -- Request for information

Does anyone know the previous owners of 3239 Reynolds? They were Thomas and Pauline Stephens. Maureen would like to know whether they are deceased and if they have any family in the area.
