Good News
I talked with Russell last evening -- he has been in the hospital for a couple of weeks and is weak, but fortunatley, they were able to make adjustments and save his new kidney. Hooray!!!

Neighborhood News
Took my morning walk this morning and this is the news ---mostly bad ---
Russell is back in the hospital, apparently his kidney rejected. (this according to our neighbor at 3250 who he called from the hospital.
Paula -- from 3314 Culver -- a real pistol in our fight against the prostitutes on Dolphin and anything else bad as well as a prospective gardener -- apparently had a nervous breakdown and is in Ardmore, OK and her daughter Asia is with Child Protective Services. This from her neighbor across the street.
Mrs. Robertson from 3242 Culver passed away in January. She watched out for the neighborhood and would occasionally call me about things.
3232-34 Culver -- the front brickwork has collapsed taking some of the house with it. (It has been vacant for years and deterioriating). Hopefully, we can get some action on it.
