Lots of activity this evening on Culver. After hearing plenty of sirens and fast moving emergency vehicles down our street, I checked the current police activity and current emergency activity (these links are on our website) and it indicated a stabbing at 3246 Culver. Not sure what exactly has occured just yet, but there have been four police cars, two fire engines, and one paramedic dispatched thus far.

Happened at about 7 on Saturday evening. My neighbor Betty wondered what happened and I was dispatched. I visited with the woman next door to the offense and we weren't sure what happened other than there were 7 police cars and an ambulance and they hauled away a woman. Yesterday I found out that it was some sort of domestic dispute -- He hit her with a pop can and she stabbed him with a scissors. Apparently, her family was there getting her stuff yesterday.
