There was a drug bust with lots of cop cars and even the helicopter on Saturday afternoon in the 3100 block of Fairview. It was a house that seemed to have lots of front yard activity. So despite the relative calm, there is still drug activity in the neighborhood.
My personal opinion is that I don't care if people want to do drugs -- heck, make it legal and tax the heck out of it -- I just get tired of the theft that goes hand in hand with the habit.
