They seem to be trying to come back into the neighborhood. A neighbor saw the 50 ish dark haired one trying to start up again on Dolphin. When she saw him calling the police, she made a call and was picked up very shortly by her pimp.
I saw the blonde younger one in the alley behind my house. Apparently using the alley to stay out of sight.
So if you see these women, just call 911 and report a known prostitute.

Send Crime Tips to Dallas Police From Your Phone
According to their site, iWatchDallas is a digital crime watch that you and your neighbors can use to report behaviors and activities that make you feel uncomfortable or do not look right. It is a program and partnership between your community and the Dallas Police Department.
All tips can be provide completely anonymously - which is very important to many people, especially when providing information on issues in their own neighborhood.
In addition to using the downloadable app on your phone, you can also provide these tips
~ via internet at http://www.iwatchdallas.net/
~ via text , by entering "DPD plush your tip" to 274637 on your phone
~ via telephone by calling 214-671-4TIP
Of course, if you have or see an emergency, do NOT use these crime tip methods above, call 911 immediately.
You can find more information about this program (here).

fingerprints
I was curious why the City of Dallas couldn't get those fingerprints matched up. According to Sgt. Martin, the cutbacks in civilian employees at the Police Department included those who did fingerprints.

Unsuccess
The young man who was picked up on Monday was released on Tuesday on a technicality. Since the original warrant was from Mesquite, hopefully they will pursue him. Interesting that Mesquite can make a case and with 5-6 suspected burglaries on one block, Dallas can't put it together.

Break In
My neighbor across the street was burglarized yesterday. This makes the 3rd time in 6 months and he is about ready to abandon the neighborhood. This time, the burglar was so brazen as to break the FRONT window to gain entry. It is relatively high off the ground even And while the neighbors next door are home, it is hard to see stuff to the side and none of us across the street are home during the day.
I don't know what time it happened as to whether to suspect our serial burglar who got picked up yesterday -- or if we have another perpetrator.
I would ask that anyone who backs up to the alley betwen Culver and Fairview, call the police whenever there is anyone in the alley. We have perfectly good streets and sidewalks. There is no reason that anyone needs to be in that alley.
Also, we need to take all the measures we can to take care of ourselves. Double locking deadbolts, latches on the windows, alarm system if you can afford it -- None of which my neighbor has.
Fingerprints were again taken -- but from experience -- that seems to be just for show.
