Neighborhood Scofflaws

The 2 Hispanic guys who we believe have been linked to various burglaries have been seen in the neighborhood casing things.  They wear hoodies -- one taller and skinnier.  They have been seen in the company of a black male wearing a bright orange skull cap.  If you see them, call the police. 

Dogs

The little black dogs have disappeared.  I have heard the 2 larger brown ones are still around and that the shorter of the 2 is pregnant.   Don't know for sure since I have not actually seen her.
